Coggeshall Camerata aims to meet the musical needs and aspirations of good choral singers in and around the Colchester area by providing a concert season that offers opportunites to sing in a wide variety of choral repertoire to a high standard.
In its first season Coggeshall Camerata is promoting three concerts: one a cappella, one with keyboard accompaniment and one accompanied by a chamber orchestra.
- Rehearsals take place at West Bergholt Methodist Church or St Maty's West Bergholt in the six week period leading up to the concert.
- Membership fees are payable on a concert-by-concert basis.
- Concerts take place at St Peter ad Vincula, Coggeshall.
Members must be competent sightreaders and able to devote time to individual learning outside rehearsals. Talented singers from the locality are invited to contact
